The Parable of the Many Sendings

O, how merciful and long-suffering the Lord is with us. This parable (sometimes called the Parable of the Wicked Tenants) is the 2nd of the 3 parable “punches” of Matthew’s gospel as Jesus heads to the cross and resurrection. And it’s one that we, the church, really need to hear.
