Sheep or a Goat?

Jesus tells us (in this sobering final story before his Passion and suffering) of the future...when he comes again in glory to judge the world and all nations...everyone. He says that he will separate the people as sheep ...or as goats. And, we see from this story, that the people who enter heaven are the ones who loved (the sheep). The sheep are the ones who follow the Good Shepherd, Jesus. The goats? They will go to the place reserved for the devil and his angels. Don't be a goat. We've been warned.
